    So in this case, I have a customer that has cancelled their membership but the billing cycle had completed so they have whatever time remains on the membership terms.

    Should the bot remove the role from that user before the time elapses?

    The associated cancel/exp code runs via MemberPress cron job.
    just wait when MemberPress applies its Cron jobs

    Hi,

    In this case, I ran the API manually and even though the user has a period of time before the paid membership elapses, it still removed the role from their user on discord. It should have had another 20 days left.

    Hello ,
    can you force disconnect the member, or ask them to disconnect and reconnect via the discird button in their profile
