    Hi again,

    Well I am using the free plugin for now to test it well and planning on moving to pro (if the current satisfy our needs), for now we discovered a huge problem in the plugin, here’s how to reproduce it :

    Ballance = 50$
    1.) Use full Wallet balance 50$ on ORDER A and then leave when in the payment gateway
    2.) Use full Wallet balance on ORDER B and complete it. Order successful with wallet amount 50$
    3.) Go to your account and complete Order A. Order successful with wallet amount again 50$

    So the two orders are processed successfully by using the whole wallet amount twice and we end up losing 50$

    This can be a loop and the customer can use the wallet ballance for infinite times..

    Please help us resolve this problem as soon as possible, we really like your plugin and appreciate your efforts.

    In reference to your query, we would like to inform you that if you are placed order A using your wallet balance then the wallet amount should be deducted as soon as the payment is done so can you let us know that you are checking this scenario in case of wallet partial payment or full payment through the wallet.

    Hi, 

    The scenario we tried is the full payment through wallet (partially in order if wallet amount is not enough). When the payment isn’t done (for any kind of reasons), the customer can go to his account > orders > pay for his unfinished order, in here the wallet amount is always saved even if he used it in another order.

    So the customer can have infinite unfinished orders with wallet balance mentioned in them. Because when an order is not finished, the customer can keeps the balance and can use it on other orders, so later he can pay all unfinished orders with same wallet balance.

    I hope you understood my explanation.

    In reference to your issue, could you please confirm whether you are facing this issue in case of wallet recharge or wallet payment as in case of recharge the amount must have been added to user’s wallet and not subtracted.

    Good morning, this happens when a purchase is made in the store and it is in partial payment, where the customer chooses to pay the remaining amount with a non-direct payment method.

    As you can see, it is a partial payment (image 1) and in image 2 you see that it remains on hold, so that said balance is not reduced when making the purchase.

    Remember that it only happens in partial payments and with the bank transfer or check payment method!
