we just discover that with your plugin activated, some previously completed orders will be auto-assigned to other customers which we never do that. And if we change the customer back to the correct one and click on update, the stock level will reduce again if the product is managed with quantities!

This causes a huge mess with our orders and stocks, we have to manually check which one has been changed, and which stock has been adjusted. Please fix it!

    Hi @ruen06

That’s very weird. Are you sure this is being caused by ATUM?
    Which version are you using?
And are you using any ATUM premium add-ons?

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

Yes, because once i deactivated your plugin, the stock change doesn’t occur if I assign back the correct customer. And it happens on our two sites which are both using your plugin.

We are using the latest version of ATUM. We bought the multi-inventory add-on but not using it now.

    Hi @ruen06

We’ve tried to reproduce this issue and couldn’t. All our tests worked with no issues at all.
This can also be due to some kind of conflict with any 3rd party plugin. If you disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM, does it also happen?

Also, you are saying that you are using Multi-Inventory but not using it. FYI, no matter you are using it or not but if the add-on is enabled and you have an old version, this could be a problem too. Try to disable this add-on too and try again, please.

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

    HI @ruen06 ,

Did Salva answer your question? Have you managed to solve this?

We have had no reply in over 2 days, so I will mark this as solved. However, if the issue still exists, please, do comment here and we will be happy to continue the support.

    Hope this makes sense.
