customer and seller emailed receipt, show no items and only amount paid

Hey Im having I believe a woo commerce issue. When a customer goes to the checkout page and then decides to remove items from their cart, an error occurs once they finish the checkout phase. The error that occurs is their emailed receipt,as well as my emailed receipt, show no items and only the amount paid. So the items they had in their cart are not showed on the receipt, which confuses me because I have no idea what they paid for. Can you help?
