Customer Access

  • Hi, i have a woocommerce shop on my website. is there anyway for my customers to access the member area without having to sign up again?

    Yes, provided that you are having them create a user account when the checkout in WooCommerce.

    If guest checkout is used in WC, then the user is merely giving you their billing information – that’s not the same as registering as a user on the site. You need to make sure that you have WC configured to have the user create an account when they checkout.
