Customer ability to download collated list / wishlist / custom list in excel

  • I’m looking for a way for my customers to be able to collate specific products they want from my shop, and then download that data into an Excel or XML style sheet.
    This needs to happen so they can input specific data that I require from them.

    I have also looked at doing this with ‘purchasing’ the items (at $0 cost) but I would still require the customer to have the download to Excel function.

    Any ideas on how I could achieve this?? I’ve Been searching and searching for a way!

    DESIRED WORKFLOW:
    (Customers are the businesses sales reps that are creating custom menus their venues. They will select products from the shop page that will be included in the menu, then export, then input the price and glass millage manually in Excel)

    Even if not a perfect fit, they are all open source, so could be renamed and modified to suit. Since Excel files are XML based, it shouldn’t be too difficult to even custom code something that writes the proper XML format based on a tabular set of data.
