Custome URL

Hi guys,

Is there a way to customise URLS?

For example, https://www.villagecarers.com/user/aabele/ takes me to my account just fine, however, how would I change this to have https://www.villagecarers.com/carer/aabele/ instead?

Is it possible through normal configuration?
