    Hi @pansuriya123,

    I would first advise you to look through the many similar threads on this forum. This is a reoccurring issue.

    Did you run a search & replace in your database for things like URLs?

    Let me know.

    Cheers,
    Kevin.

    When you changed sites, did you change your website’s URL? Did you run a script or use a plugin that updated the database by changing your old URL to your new URL?

    Hi @pansuriya123,

    The reason tabs get lost when switching to a different server is that users edit their database directly.

    During your server switch, did you edit the database? How did your data get from your old server’s DB to your new server’s DB? Do you manage your database in any way? If not, who does?

    I export my database in on old server and import into my new server. So i think its not databse issue Right?

    Hi @pansuriya123,

    I think the issue is with the database. It could be an encoding issue (i.e. the different databases were using different character sets and this caused some characters to be lost/changed, which corrupted the fields).

    You can check if your custom tabs are in your database by looking at your postmeta table.

    Each database has a different prefix but your query should be something like:

    SELECT * FROM wp_postmeta WHERE meta_key = 'yikes_woo_products_tabs';

    Does that return you rows for your products?
