Custome header/banner not displaying

  • I first posted this in another forum and I think I should posted here. Please help! This hasn’t been resolved…

    ok. this is very frustraiting for me. I had my wesbite done and the only thing I needed was to redirect the website. When I call my hosting technical support to help me with this that’s when all my problems started. When he redirected the site my customized header didn’t show up. After so many attemps to solve my problem I said fine , I re-buil it again. To this day still not showing up!!! :(((( What could be wrong or I’m doing something wrong??

    Since there was no option to edit the header I just saved my custom header with the same file name this template is reading and download it again into WordPress. Well, now I have downloaded the same file into WordPress and my header neither the original header is showing up.

    Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
