    Hi Malcolm,

    Hope your well.

Have an issue in regards to a custom element we have on our site. The custom element will save in the note to seller field if saved on the site front end.

If we use the custom UI element from the admin add sale pages it doesn’t seem to add to the note to seller page.

    Any Clue?

    Thanks.

Thank you for your support question.

As present, the contents of the “Checkout Note” on the settings page are only used by the online Box-Office page, but the contents of the “Show Note” and the Performance Note” settings (on their associated admin pages) are used in both cases. So a more consistent approach might be useful there.

The hidden “saleCustomValues” html element that is used by the online Box Office page to pass custom values back does exist in the admin box office page, but the Javascript function used to populate is not called when the admin page is used, so custom values do not get passed back. There is probably more to it than just called the JS as there are more steps when adding a sale from the admin page.

I’ll take a look at it, and get back to you once a fix is in place.

    Hi Malcolm,

I still can’t quite get the custom element to save on an admin page. When your free, if possible, could you have a look at my installation and see if you can spot whats up? I have sent you an email with username and password?

Please note however this is a live environment at present.

    Thanks
