Hi, I am trying to create a custom sidebar for my WooCommerce Product Category Pages, however when I select a category it only says “uncategorized”. None of my categories show up.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks!

  • Hi @marv2,

I’m afraid that the categories will currently only work with default Post categories, it’s not integrated with Woocommerce in this way ??
In For Archives you can enable “As Blog sidebar for selected Archive type” and select your product archive to have different sidebar for all product categories, but there’s no option to select one per category.

    Cheers,

You guys are KILLING ME? How can you miss something so simple as WooCommerce?

Right now I am looking at having to go to 300+ products one at a time just to get this linked – totally NOT Cool!

    Please fix ASAP!!!

    Hello there @csgaraglino,

    Trust you’re doing well!

I’m afraid this is not a bug, this feature is not added into the plugin. An integration with Woocommrece has been forwarded to our developers as a feature request. I am afraid we do not have an ETA when this will be developed.

If this feature is required, it needs custom development, check WP Jobs section for additional help from developers:

If you have any other questions, please create a new thread in our forums, this way the author of this thread will stop receiving email notification with each new reply.
