When I check the box for Custom Views – Custom Views Disable loading of Sermon Manager’s views, the sermon videos (embedded YouTube videos) do not display. When I try to embed them in the description of the sermon, it will not retain that information so the video will not display.

Note: When I first began using Sermon Manager plugin on this website, the page display was full screen with no widget area (along with the theme settings and I am using wpbeaverbuilder theme). After an update, the sermon page (Videos) is a different layout that has a right widget area that I do not want.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

That is expected, since the theme that is being used does not support Sermon Manager data.

The option that you might be looking for is “Theme Compatibility”, also in “Advanced” tab of Sermon Manager.

I’ve redacted my reply, because it was intended for a different topic. Sorry.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, clicking on Theme Compatibility helped, but I also had to check Disable Sermon Manager’s CSS on the Display tab. Both options combined fixed the problem. Thank you so much!
