    Hi @omotoshoa

    Your theme is using “ajax add to cart”, which allows users to add a product to the cart without a page reload. It’s not standard WooCommerce so our free version doesn’t work with it. Most themes have a setting to turn this off so you may want to look for such a setting (often in the customizer).
