Custom value – CSV

    When a user clicks a checkbox I would like the value to be customized.
    I would like to export the data of the form to a CSV file but instead of the word “checked” showing for the checkbox value… I would like to be able to customize the word. For example, a user clicks the checkbox and it shows as “small” in the CSV file. Thanks
