Custom validation for registration form

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your plugin which saved me a lot of time.
    I’d like to add one small feature – custom validation after user submits the registration form.

    I went through documentation but didn’t find the answer – is there any action/hook how to do custom validation after user submits the form and before the user account is created? Usecase: According the e-mail I need to decide to create the user account or not.

    Is there such action or hook?

    Good day, and thanks for writing in! I’m glad that the plugin has helped you with your site’s operation.

    I understand that you would like to have the users validated before their accounts are created. We have our own User Verification addon, and you can check it out from here – https://wpusermanager.com/addons/user-verification/

    The addon will send a verification link via email upon registration or you can manually approve users before they can login.

    Hi,

    that’s not exactly, what I want to achieve – I want to avoid any manual interaction, because it’s about 100 users per month. Is there any filter or action I could use for this?
