Custom validation

Hi there,

I have a technic question (my php is so poor, sorry). Well, I have an intranet page of my company and with plugin “Next Active Directory Integration” I can get some info about workers like department or office. It works really good but user page is “read only” – it will be nice if it will be change.

Let me explain. I have 300 users, and 150 is in department “A”, 120 in department “B” and 30 in department “C”. How to do after clicking “A” I will be redirected to special page of people from “A” department?
Next: if I’m on the profile tab of worker from “B”, and in “Department” tab I see “B”, after click on “B” I’m redirected to the page of “B” employers?

Have you got any template where I will change the values?
