Custom User Setup?

I’m building a site for the local youth centre and it’s going well, the site content is building quickly, and it’s easy to comment on pages, posts and even images on the site!

However, I’ve setup some contributor accounts, to allow some of the young people to write posts, which have to be moderated before appearing on the site. – Great!

However, the young people would like to upload photographs of some of their artwork to the site…. is there any way I can allow this uploading of files to the site, but continue to have the posts moderated……?
