Custom user menu settings cannot be deleted

After creating a custom user profile with the “Choose users…” button in the main menu, making changes, and later trying to delete these overrides for the user by deleting the user in the Choose users… -> Selected users menu, nothing happens. The custom settings still override everything.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

If not, this should be fixed asap.
