• Good day,

I am trying out the plugin, and it is trully powerfull.

I use Ultimate member plugin for user management. The problem is that I am unable to find the option to set Zero BS to use UM Login screen. Basically I need to redirect it to this login page:
    https://admin.wiresandwifi.co.za/login/

How do I set Zero BS to use Ultimate Member for user management?

    Regards,

    Hello there @wiresandwifi,

I am trying out the plugin, and it is trully powerfull.

Thank you very much, great to have you trying out ZBS.

How do I set Zero BS to use Ultimate Member for user management?

I’m not sure exactly what you’re trying to achieve here, and I’m not familiar with Ultimate Member.

Reading a bit about Ultimate Member, it seems like that will deal with logins & profile creation. Are you trying to get Ultimate Member users into ZBS CRM to manage them in a CRM context?

If so, we don’t currently have an integration with Ultimate Member, but if Ultimate Member uses WordPress users we do have this extension for bringing users in from WP: https://zerobscrm.com/product/wordpress-utilities/ (not suggesting you purchase at all now, just sharing how other users are doing similar things). We do also have integrations with Registration Magic and Member Mouse, if you’re just profiling options.

Hope this helps? Let me know if I can help any further.

    Hi Woody,

    Thanks for the reply.

In short, as it stands now, I want UM to perform user management, and not have an additional user management platform.

Most plugins that I use that uses any form of user management, gives you the option to specify a custome login page. This effectively allows you to have a single login page for the entire website, as opposed to having two plugins manging users.

    Hi @wiresandwifi,

There’s nothing stopping you turning on or off the client portal – in this case could you turn off Client Portal (ZBS CRM), and just rely on UM to perform user management.

Not totally sure what you’re looking to use from each system here (UM/ZBS). Happy to help guide further if you could describe your intended outcome.

    All the best

    Hi Woody,

    Thanks again for the response.

Let me try and explain myself better

UM is purely a membership and profile management plugin, and it is pretty good at that ??

ZBS is exactly what I need in terms of the debtors management and CRM functions. It is the login for the Front-End Client Dashboard that I am having a problem with.

What would be a perfect solution for me is if I could point the ZBS login page for the Client Dashboard to the UM Login, as on https://admin.wiresandwifi.co.za/login/ instead of the default login screen for ZBS Client Dashboard.

It appears that ZBS is using the default WordPress login, as the “Lost Password” link also points to the wordpress password reset function. (https://admin.wiresandwifi.co.za/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword)

Again, many thanks and apologies if I am unable to explain myself properly.

    Regards,
    Leon

    Hi Leon,

No problem, here to help. This further explanation covers it – I get what you’re trying to do now.

So I’ve not tried this, but you could probably set a redirection rule (using a plugin like Redirection) to redirect YOURDOMAIN.com/clients to YOURDOMAIN.com/login to catch the login issue. After that it’ll probably redirect the user to the client portal if that’s their user type?

It’s hard for me to test these things without knowing your full setup. Could you have a go with that and let me know if that works for you?

    All the best

    Woody
