Custom type post checkbox problem

I am seeing 3 check boxes on custom post type.

Wysija
recipe
option tree

The recipe custom type is made by my theme and the option tree is from the plugin witch my theme need for work.

Every time i check recipe and click save box returns to unchecked.
Same happens with option tree also. (not sure if need it)
wysija works ok.

I saw another user have the same problem some topics earlier with another theme off course.

Any help appreciated.
