    Hi @densitysk,

    I check this and maybe you used default DHL Parcel provider instead of custom provider which you created. So first check that you use the correct provider. And in custom provider name add country code so you will not get confused.

    HI,

    I’ve definitely used an added custom provider. I even had to upload own logo and set the shipping country. I tried it several times in the past and it had worked. Now I had to remove all my custom added shipping providers and have added them back again and suddenly everything works again.
    not sure why
