Custom Top Bar Problem

I have a nav header made in WordPress and want to add a custom top bar. I’ve built one out using elementor but when I load the template into the WordPress top bar settings, it’s stacked on top of itself in one corner. I currently have a button that is meant to display inbetween the top bar and main header. It does the same thing even without the button and a freshly formatted template.
I’m using oceanwp.

Side note: I initially created the header and top bar in the headers, footers & blocks plugin. It displayed but would not format the navigation properly. If I import just the top bar using this method, it displays porperly but my main navigation bar dissapears. I’ve received no response from their forum or support ticket. If anyone has a solution using either of these methods, it would be very much appreciated.
