custom title of blog page per category

I am wanting to change the blog titles of my posts per category.

For example if a blog posted is under the news category, i would like a certain color and or font. for a product review category i would like a different color and font.

this way as one scrolls down my page they can easily recognize the post category and there is a uniform look to my page.

is there an easy way to do this? i could not find a plugin that allows this. Thanks.
