Custom title not saving

  • I am having an issue with my custom title in snippets not showing up after saving. I am using Rank Math and Customizr Pro. I asked Rank Math about this and they said it is a conflict due to the Nimble Page Builder. Please see below for their answer to me. Is there anything you can do to help me fix this issue?

Upon further checking your site here, I was able to replicate the issue you are talking about. However, I went ahead and did a conflict check and on troubleshooting, I noticed that the issue happens due to the Nimble Page Builder which is required by your theme.

You may want to consult the devs team on the plugin regarding the issue here to further get the source of the problem.

However, it does not mean that the title remains unsaved, in an actual sense it seems like a cache issue since when you change the title it still gets updated as well.

    Thanks for reporting the problem.
    I’m not familiar with Rank Math plugin. It would greatly help if you could list the detailed steps needed to reproduce the issue.
    Screenshots with comments would be the fastest way for us to reproduce the issue on a test site.

    Rank Math is an SEO plugin. I edit the custom title there, but it goes to a blank when I save it or when I go back into that module after saving it.

    You can use an online screenshot sharing tool like https://prnt.sc/ to include a links screenshot.

    I’m having the same issue, that page-title is not changed when I change it. Cache plugins were deactivated before I set changes.
    I have already deactivated all plugins and nothing works to change the page-title.

    Also Nimble Page Builder keeps claiming that caching plugin is still enabled, even after deleting them from plugins.

    I have now changed page-title through css settings.
