Custom Title is not working

As long as the Stripe payment gateway is Enabled, you should be able to view your edited Title Name on the checkout page. To take a closer look at why that seems to not be working for you, would you mind sharing your checkout page URL?

Thanks for providing that link. I took a look at the page and have a few questions for you that might help identify what is going on.

It appears to be inheriting properly so I’m wondering if there may be a conflict happening with the theme or another plugin, to rule this out I’d suggest a quick conflict test if possible:

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe. Then test to see if the issue is resolved by going through your checkout flow.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If this does not resolve the issue, or a conflict is not found I have a few requests to help us proceed.

Can you please let me know if you were able to run the conflict test?

From your screenshot, I can’t see the description field as it seems to be missing!

I suspect a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Also, I’d like you to update WooCommerce to the latest version along with WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway if possible after taking a full backup of your website and database, please.

I found the error what is causing it. If I check “New checkout experience” then the Title is set to default and it cannot be changed. If I uncheck the “New checkout experience” function then everything works normally.
