Custom title for support team members

    Hi,

    I’m looking to have a custom title added for all of my current (and future) support team members. How can I achieve that ?

    The only concern I have for custom titles is that it’s not easy to track and people come and go from working for theme/plugin companies.

    Perhaps a shared macho_themes_support account with a group work email on that account would work better?
