    Good evening,
    This seems like a solid plugin, but I’d like help with the following.

    1. I’d like to be able to assign custom status instead of the default three. Is this possible at all?

    2. I would like to allow a guest to use the form for ticket submission, and only require them to login the moment they press the submit button. Again, would this be possible?

    Hi,

    1. There is a filter you can use to customize the ticket status: wpas_ticket_statuses
    2. That is unfortunately not possible and would require quite some modifications. That’s not something we would be able to help you with

    Thanks for the reply. Can I add more than 3 ticket status or will the key->value addition break something?

    You can add as many custom status as you want. The only important thing is to always keep the same format when declaring your status ( array( 'status_id' => 'Status Label' ) ).
