Custom Ticket

    Hello,

    I would like to create a custom ticket design, where I have a image in the background and a some ticket information (especially id and security code) on the image at a fixed position.
    Therefore I I have the following plugins insatlled: The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, the Event Tickets Extension: Ticket Email Settings, Event Tickets Extension: PDF FTickets.
    I put a File called email.php on the server at the specified location (see https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/customize-ticket-email/).
    I tried to used css (position: absolute) to achieve the goal. However after printing the PDF it does not work.
    Is there anyone, who has aleady successfully customized the ticket design? I would be glad about every type of help.

    You can customize the ticket email by following the instructions we provide in the following article.

    With regards to the ticket PDF, it’s an extension and unfortunately we don’t provide support on customizations.
