  • Hey, we are really close on releasing our updated thumbnailer in our next update, but there are still some minor (but really crucial) features to be tested and polished. It’s a big update and we really want to be sure it’s flawless once we push it out into the wild.

    We would really like to thank you for your patience and continuous support on this matter, we really appreciate it!

    You are also more than welcome to switch to an older version of our plugin, which handled your thumbnails much better. You can get it under our developers tab, on the plugin page.

    Any update on this? Has a fixed version been released?

    Hey, I’m sorry to say we haven’t made any changes on that end for the time being, since we really cannot change the minimum size of the thumbnails you can set via our plugin.

    We wish that these changes will take effect sometime in the foreseeable future, but for now we can only report status quo. We are truly sorry about that!

    But please do let me know if you have any other questions regarding our service, as I will keep you informed about any changes on this matter. Hopefully sooner than later!

    I tried to use an older version (2.6.3)and it works for me ! The Thumbnail size will follow the setting in ‘media’
