We can integrate with any form that is submitted to WordPress.
    Please see https://kb.mc4wp.com/add-sign-checkbox-custom-form/

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Don’t do what I did. When you install a WPForms subscribe button make sure you have subscribed to a source for collecting your subscribers data. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way. There are a lot of choices out there for email services. I went with Constant Contact. If you go with them, ask for Dallas and he will hook you and I up with a discount.

    Hi Lap:

Thanks for your fast reply. How can I know that the form is summited to wordpress? In this case the form allow users to register in the page and with that information wp creates a new user and password, so I suppose the answer is yes….

    Hey @adiestrar,

Usually all good form plugins such as Contact Form 7, WPForms, etc. use WordPress hooks to process forms. Are you using the registration form provided in WordPress or a 3rd party? Please share as many details so we can understand this better.
