Custom theme: Wrong theme file loaded when filtering agenda view

I created a custom theme as described in your documentation. I’m using only the agenda view and changed the agenda.twig file to my needs. However, when I use the category or tag filter, the agenda view shows up with the standard design, not my agenda view. I can’t find a different file where this view would be defined. What am I missing?
