Custom templates deleted after update.

I lost a few custom templates after an update.
I have some backup, but those are a little out of date. Is it possible to recover the deleted custom templates? I can’t find them in the Recycle Bin.

I’m sorry this happened, there are places where you can put your custom templates where they will be safe from updates. This is explained in the Using Participants Database Custom Templates page, also there is the free Custom Template Folder 2.0 add-on that gives you another option for placing the templates.
As to recovering the lost templates, the only way that will be possible (if you don’t have a copy on your local machine) is from some kind of site backup.
