    At the moment, the capability to create custom templates is not available on the lite version.

    I also have the Pro version but am unable to log into your site for some reason. What is the correct way to do it in the Pro plugin? Is the API the only option or can I do template override files from within my theme?

    Hi, this is not resolved.

    I posted to the forums on your website, and after no response a week later, I tried the direct contact form on your website (that you linked above) but neither has been responded to. My question however has had 14 views, which means other people probably would like to know the answer to this as well.

    Can you please take a moment to respond?

    We’re sorry about the delay to get back to you.

    We’ve just replied to your email.

    The lite version doesn’t include the capability to create custom templates. This is included only on the pro version, we’re not allowed to talk about the pro version on the WP forums.

    I’ll update this topic once this feature has been implemented on the free version.
