Custom template isn’t showing up

  • Hi there,

    Unfortunately the custom pages I’ve created aren’t showing up. I’ve selected them in the course page. I’m using the astra theme. What can I do?

  • Hi @estherspee, sorry for the delay.

    It’s working without any issue for me. Refer to this video, please. Doesn’t mean to underestimate, and just in case you miss. The custom template will be visible only for people who have not purchased the course. The easiest way is by checking the course as a logged-out user.

    Is it possible for you to create a video showing us how it doesn’t work for you?
