Custom Template for AOL Ad

    I’m trying to override the single.php page template for the AOL Ads. When I create a single-aol_ad.php template in my theme directory, it overrides the single.php template. However, I lose the Application Form at the bottom.

    Is this tied to only using the single.php file to append the form? Is there a way I can customize the page template for the AOL Ads and still have the Application appended?
