Custom Taxonomy – Will not add category to sidebar if text includes a &

Love your plugin! I think I have identified a bug.

I have a number of custom post types and if the label on the custom post type includes a & the plugin will not add the category archive to the sidebar. This is for category archive pages only. If a post includes a & there is no problem to add it to the sidebar.

Once the & is removed from the category the plugin will add the category to the sidebar.

Example:
Cheese & Meat /cheese-meat/ – cannot add category archive to sidebar
Cheese / Meat /cheese-meat/ – can add category archive to sidebar
