Custom Taxonomy Titles

How can I change custom taxonomy titles? The theme Im using has custom taxonomy with title: Title By Author but after installing SEO by Yooast it changed on Title – Sitename and I don’t see any way to change it.
Is there possible to control titles and meta of custom taxonomy?
