Custom Taxonomy not showing

I created a custom post type and then added a custom taxonomy .

When I select the Dynamic Tag source and set it to Post Terms, the Taxonomy dropdown list is empty. I am using it on the Jet engine Listing item.

Not sure how to get around this? It seems like the plugin (this one) is not recognizing that there is a taxonomy assigned to this post type.

It seems this question has been asked before but there has not been a result.

I urgently need to get this with custom taxonomies.
