Custom Taxonomy Multiselector: searchable with BP Profile Search plugin

Hi there,

I am actually just following up on a previous topic that is closed for new replies and that describes my issue perfectly:

Registering fields with BP Profile Search plugin

Are you still planning on addressing this? I saw your other post suggesting to use multiselector field type instead but I have such a large taxonomy that replicating terms seems like an inefficient idea.
