Custom Taxonomy link URL will be weird

Hello. Thank you for the great plugin.
I wanted to create a widget that displays a custom taxonomy of “news”.
The custom taxonomy URL for “news” is of the form “https://exsample.com/news/news-12345/”.
It worked well for displaying widgets using Recent Posts Widget Extended.
However, when I click on the widget link, I will go to the URL of “https://exsample.com/news-12345/” and the 404 page will be displayed.
Is there a way to fix this?
