Custom Taxonomy labels not appearing when listing custom posts

I’m using this to create a simple events management system. It’s worked very well but there’s one minor issue I’d like to clear up.

I have a Custom Post Type of Events – and two custom taxonomies of Location and Event Category. They’re assigned to the Events type and show up when editing and adding an individual event.

However they do not show up as column headings when listing the existing events like Categories and Tags show when listing All Posts under Posts.

How do I fix this?
