Custom Taxonomy Highest Rated Posts

    I can’t figure out how to display the highest rated posts for a custom hierarchal taxonomy on a custom post type. My custom post type is called “Mixes” and the custom taxonomy is called “Genre”

    Sorry custom taxonomy is not supported out of the box.

    Thanks for the response. I added the WP Core categories back to my custom post type, but the widget is still displaying posts from other categories even though I designated that I only wanted a specific category in the Category field.

    Nevermind. I just needed to pick the right drop down option on the widget. Sorry.
