• Hi there,

I had a few questions regarding the use of EO:

    1. Is it possible to add a custom taxonomy, for example, ‘required skill level’ and have it displayed wherever a list of upcoming events is generated?

    2. Is it possible to display the next iterations of a certain event on the event page? For example, if I have an event “Guitar orientation” occurring on the 2-4th and again on the 15-17th and 28-29th on different locations, could I rig the page to display a table with the next iterations dates and locations?

    3. Does EO (or the premium version) support the generation of ‘booking’ forms so anyone interested can sign up? And if so, how can the forms’ data be processed?

If any of these options are not supported or require custom work, I’m happy to receive a referral to any party able to help produce this on a short term.

    Thanks for your help! ??

    Hi Mengsel,

Apologies for the delay in replying, I don’t think I saw your post. But I also suspect that we may have been in touch via e-mail (Its hard to be sure with usernames!)

This may come too late for you but for the benefit of others:

    1) Yes, but you would need to know how to register a taxonomy and be comfortable editing the template files (in event-organiser/templates)

    2) Yes, the plugin already lists upcoming dates on the event page, but you can edit the template to make that a table.

    3) Yes (in Pro). Data is stored against the book I and down!oadable via CSV. You can also store data against individual tickets in the booking.

I’m happy to provide a quote for 1 and/or 2 above, if required. Please get in touch via https://wp-event-organiser.com/contact
