Custom taxonomy child terms don't shownn on admin panel

Hi All,
I created a custom taxonomy with the “hierarchical : true” option.

The issue is on the taxonomy admin panel. Some terms are not displaying in the hierarchical structure.

However, when I select a post, the meta box show hierarchical structure of the taxonomy.

And idea of what could be wrong ?
