• Hi,

I’m trying to use the plugin with a custom taxonomy but it doesn’t show in the filter builder. I create the custom taxonomy with CPT UI.

    What can I do?

    Hi,

CPT UI was used to create the Taxonomy for WooCommerce Products? Could you send us a link to the custom Taxonomy URL from your website?

Yes CPT UI was used to create the taxonomy for woocommerce products.

    Here is the link

I’m having the same problem. I’ve added a custom taxonomy with CPT UI but it’s not available in the filters.

Does this plugin support custom taxonomies?

    Hi,

Our plugin only works with default WooCommerce Taxonomies, unfortunately with Custom Taxonomies it can not work ( it won’t detect them ).

Is there any workaround for this? Some idea of solution at least?

    Hi,

    Sorry for late reply.

Unfortunately there is no workaround for this, the Product Filter won’t detect the custom taxonomies.

    Hi,
I’m having that problem too and it is quite a dealbreaker for me. Did you end up finding a solution or an alternative @salomna182?

    Thank you
