Custom Taxonomy

I have created a custom taxonomy named Employer Size (size). I want to use the shortcode to only display employers in the same category AND that have the same custom taxonomy “size”. So, they must meet both conditions, be in the same Category AND have the same Employer Size. Is this possible? Thanks for a great plugin, and your help is greatly appreciated!
