Custom Taxonomies – Filtered Search Results Always Say "0"

Hi There,

I love the final look of your filter and want to purchase the full version for my site, however it doesn’t seem to be working for me. I am not using WooCommerce, so I am not sure if that is the problem (does it only work with that?)?

I tried to test whether it works with my Custom Taxonomies. Using the widget, in the drop down menu for one of my custom taxonomies, I can see that each taxonomy item has the correct count listed [it says (1) or (3) for example]. However, when I click the “Filter” button, no matter which taxonomy category I test or item I select, it always says “0” found? It only filters and works for the main Categories built in on the site and not for any of my custom taxonomies I’ve created.

Any help would be great, I would love to use your full version for my site! If you have a private email or support line, I can send you my site / login details for help.
