Custom Taxonomies Can’t be Used In Menus Suddenly

Hola Companeros –I’ve got a site mostly set up on Customizr (most recent version) that I haven’t touched in a couple weeks, but was given a lot of new content for today.
when I went into Appearance > Menus to add some Product Category menu links, Product Category no longer appears as a type of link I can add to the menu on the left. It’s not there at all, not even the container for them. This is also true of another custom taxonomy plugin I’m using (Brands).
The thing is, those entries were there a few weeks ago when I was initially working on the site. It’s like an update has occurred that removed them? The links themselves still resolve, and I can still manage Product Categories in the Admin, so they exist as database entities still, it’s just as if the WordPress menu builder/Customizr entries for them have been removed somehow.
The reason I ask is because I’m pretty sure I updated Customizr on Sept 14 and that’s the biggest update I can remember happening.
