custom tax slab

    I need tax slab i.e. if cart total amount is greater than 3000 than tax is calculated as

    lets take example if cart amount is 5000 then tax amount will be

    (5000-3000)=2000%10.

    means we subtract higher amount greater than 3000 and applied 10% tax.

    Is it possible ?
