  • Well, do you want it to be static or dynamic?

    If you don’t know php.. the easiest thing to do would be to create it via html and css. Then, just use the names of the 12 tags you want to appear there.

    You should be able to use a standard html table to make it static.

    possibly just format the ‘normal’ tagcloud with fixed widths and a bit of css3;

    however, as this would be a pure formatting problems, you might need to ask in a css forum for more details.
